Y no es de extra\u00f1ar: las enfermedades pueden salir muy caras, entre visitas al m\u00e9dico y bajas laborales. Un nuevo estudio sobre biolog\u00eda circadiana sugiere que hay menos probabilidades de enfermar si se a\u00f1ade un sue\u00f1o adecuado a la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades.<\/p>\n<h2>El insomnio: Una epidemia de salud p\u00fablica<\/h2>\n<p>Aunque en los pr\u00f3ximos meses oir\u00e1 hablar mucho de distintas epidemias, es menos probable que oiga hablar de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/Features\/dsSleep\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">virulenta epidemia del sue\u00f1o insuficiente<\/a>.
