Homeostasis sue\u00f1o-vigilia (Proceso S)<\/strong><br \/>\nLa acumulaci\u00f3n en el cerebro de sustancias que favorecen el sue\u00f1o y que provocan un impulso homeost\u00e1tico del sue\u00f1o.<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-content\"><strong><br \/>\n2. 2. Ritmo circadiano (Proceso C)<\/strong><br \/>\nLa regulaci\u00f3n de los niveles de alerta y los procesos internos, que incluye el impulso circadiano de alerta y excitaci\u00f3n gestionado por el reloj circadiano del cuerpo.
