Entre la 1 y las 2 de la tarde, el cerebro se relaja y suena muy bien una siesta.<\/p>\n<h2>El papel del GABA<\/h2>\n<p>Para quienes tienen problemas de memoria, la funci\u00f3n del GABA est\u00e1 demostrando ser un factor importante.
