El tipo de ciencia que estudia nuestros ritmos biol\u00f3gicos se conoce como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cronobiolog\u00eda<\/a>. Nuevas investigaciones demuestran que los cambios en nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/about-chronobiology\/#CircadianRhythm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ritmo circadiano<\/a>, o ritmos que siguen un ciclo de 24 horas, y los patrones alimentarios pueden conducir a la obesidad.<\/p>\n<h2>Microbios intestinales y obesidad<\/h2>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1 piense que cuando uno est\u00e1 cansado no s\u00f3lo tiende a comer m\u00e1s comida r\u00e1pida y alimentos ricos en grasas, sino que tambi\u00e9n hace menos ejercicio. Aunque esto es cierto, las investigaciones han demostrado que la obesidad est\u00e1 relacionada con el ritmo circadiano de nuestros microbios intestinales. Esto puede provocar obesidad y problemas metab\u00f3licos.<\/p>\n<h2>Investigaci\u00f3n sobre los microbios intestinales<\/h2>\n<p>El cient\u00edfico Eran Elinav, del Instituto Weizmann de Ciencias, present\u00f3 un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2014\/10\/141016123522.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nuevo estudio <\/a>en el que \u00e9l y su equipo analizaron los microbios presentes en la materia fecal a distintas horas del d\u00eda. Encontraron incoherencias en la cantidad de microbios y sus actividades biol\u00f3gicas. Cuando el hu\u00e9sped no ten\u00eda sus h\u00e1bitos alimentarios normales, los microbios perd\u00edan sus fluctuaciones r\u00edtmicas. Esta p\u00e9rdida hace que los microbios cambien de composici\u00f3n, lo que favorece el crecimiento de bacterias que se asocian con la obesidad y las enfermedades metab\u00f3licas. Este estudio se bas\u00f3 principalmente en el estudio de humanos y ratones que sufr\u00edan jet lag.<\/p>\n<h2>Nuestro microbioma<\/h2>\n<p>Los seres humanos se basan en el horario diurno para saber cu\u00e1ndo deben <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/health-benefits-of-chronopharmacology\/sleep\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dormir<\/a>.
