Si los adolescentes estadounidenses necesitan dormir m\u00e1s, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no duermen lo suficiente?<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Un cambio circadiano<\/h2>\n<p>El ritmo circadiano es una de las muchas cosas que cambian durante la pubertad.
