Du kan tilf\u00f8je frugt, hvis du kombinerer det med en lille m\u00e6ngde sund olie. S\u00f8dt bagv\u00e6rk, croissanter, pandekager, hash browns og morgenmadsprodukter uden sukker er ogs\u00e5 god mad om morgenen.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du foretr\u00e6kker noget salt, kan du v\u00e6lge vegetariske sm\u00f8rep\u00e5l\u00e6g (f.eks. lavet af avocado eller s\u00f8de kartofler) og friske gr\u00f8ntsager som tomater.
