Hvis denne morgentrigger mangler, f.eks. hvis vi springer morgenmaden over, bliver de andre m\u00e5ltider ikke ford\u00f8jet s\u00e5 godt, som de kunne. Resultatet er, at energien i din mad for det meste bliver til fedtdepoter.<\/p>\n<p>Ud over denne daglige udl\u00f8sning frigives der ogs\u00e5 insulin indimellem: n\u00e5r vi gumler p\u00e5 en angiveligt sund m\u00fcslibar, et stykke frugt eller et lille stykke chokolade.
