Eller vil du bare gerne f\u00f8lge en sund, afbalanceret kost, som ogs\u00e5 er let at integrere i din hverdag?<\/p>\n<p>Det er l\u00f8sningen: Chrononutrition, som hj\u00e6lper dig med at komme t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5 din \u00f8nskede figur, samtidig med at du g\u00f8r noget for dit helbred, uden at du beh\u00f8ver at opgive din yndlingsmad.<\/p>\n<p>Chrononutrition er et langsigtet livsstilskoncept, der hj\u00e6lper dig med at optimere din v\u00e6gt og tilpasse dine biologiske processer til de respektive tidspunkter p\u00e5 dagen. For eksempel tilpasses m\u00e5ltiderne til kroppens naturlige rytmer, det vil sige, hvorn\u00e5r kroppen bedst kan optage og bearbejde bestemte f\u00f8devarer. Nydelse og variation er garanteret ved hvert m\u00e5ltid.<\/p>\n<h2>Hvordan virker Chrononutrition?<\/h2>\n<p>Sund kost betyder frem for alt \u00e9n ting: at spise i overensstemmelse med dit indre ur! Visse biologiske rytmer i l\u00f8bet af dagen kr\u00e6ver forskellige f\u00f8devarer p\u00e5 bestemte tidspunkter. Derfor er det ikke kun afg\u00f8rende, hvor meget vi spiser, men snarere HVORN\u00c5R vi spiser HVAD.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Den vigtigste grundregel er: 3 m\u00e5ltider om dagen er nok!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der er kun tre m\u00e5ltider om dagen: morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad. Ingen snacks er tilladt. V\u00e6r forsigtig: Der skal g\u00e5 fem til seks timer mellem m\u00e5ltiderne. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de kan blodsukkerniveauet falde efter m\u00e5ltiderne. Desuden vil stofskiftet i l\u00f8bet af den lange nat ty til energi fra fedtdepoterne. Kun p\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de kan kroppen angribe og nedbryde dybt lagrede fedtreserver.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hvad kan man spise til hvilket m\u00e5ltid?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00f8glen til succes er dog ikke kun at f\u00f8lge de grundl\u00e6ggende principper for kronon\u00e6ring, dvs. hvorn\u00e5r man skal spise eller ikke spise noget. Det er ogs\u00e5 vigtigt, hvad du spiser til hvert m\u00e5ltid, fordi sukker, fedt og proteiner behandles forskelligt af kroppen p\u00e5 forskellige tidspunkter af dagen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Morgenmad:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Morgenmaden er dagens vigtigste m\u00e5ltid og danner grundlaget for, hvordan kroppens stofskifte fungerer i l\u00f8bet af dagen. Spring den ikke over, for det meste af den daglige n\u00e6ring indtages bedst f\u00f8rst p\u00e5 dagen. For at f\u00e5 en god start p\u00e5 dagen har vi brug for kulhydrater i form af sukker og stivelse til morgenmad. For at undg\u00e5 un\u00f8digt h\u00f8je insulinstigninger b\u00f8r sukker kun indtages langsomt. Derfor er det bedst at v\u00e6lge fuldkornsprodukter. S\u00f8de og vegetariske saucer, frugt, mysli og slik er ogs\u00e5 tilladt. Animalske proteiner som m\u00e6lk, \u00e6g, p\u00f8lser eller ost er dog en hindring, s\u00e5 de b\u00f8r undg\u00e5s.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Frokost:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alt er tilladt til frokost, b\u00e5de proteiner, fedt og kulhydrater. Men pas p\u00e5 ikke at overdrive for at undg\u00e5 et pr\u00e6stationsdyk i anden halvdel af dagen. Det er bedst at v\u00e6lge en afbalanceret blanding.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aftensmad:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dagens sidste m\u00e5ltid skal best\u00e5 af proteiner, og man skal undg\u00e5 sukker og stivelse. Det er vigtigt for at forberede kroppen p\u00e5 en restituerende s\u00f8vn og for at undg\u00e5 voldsomme sultanfald i de sidste 12 timer f\u00f8r morgenmaden.<\/p>\n<p>Pas p\u00e5 med ikke at overspise og spise alle f\u00f8devarer ved hvert m\u00e5ltid.
