V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci v\u0161ak zjistili, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obrazovky dv\u011b hodiny p\u0159ed span\u00edm m\u00e1 na sp\u00e1nek dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch jen mal\u00fd vliv, zat\u00edmco pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obrazovky po ve\u010derce zp\u016fsobuje probl\u00e9my. Hlavn\u00ed autor studie, Dr. Bradley Brosnan z Edgar Diabetes and Obesity Research Centre, vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obrazovky je ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/syncing-class-times-to-circadian-rhythms-could-improve-school-performance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9ho re\u017eimu<\/a> dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch a \u017ee je t\u0159eba p\u0159ehodnotit pokyny pro sp\u00e1nek, aby l\u00e9pe vyhovovaly modern\u00edmu \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n<h2>Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obrazovky po ve\u010derce je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Ve studii zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9 v \u010dasopise <em>JAMA Pediatrics<\/em> m\u011blo 85 dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch ve v\u011bku 11 a\u017e 14 let po dobu jednoho t\u00fddne na hrudi kameru, a to t\u0159i hodiny p\u0159ed span\u00edm a\u017e do doby, kdy \u0161li sp\u00e1t.<br \/>\nKrom\u011b t\u011blov\u00e9 kamery, kter\u00e1 zaznamen\u00e1vala, kdy, co a jak pou\u017e\u00edvali na obrazovce, byla v jejich lo\u017enic\u00edch um\u00edst\u011bna druh\u00e1 infra\u010derven\u00e1 kamera, kter\u00e1 zaznamen\u00e1vala \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd u obrazovky v posteli. Na ruce m\u011bli tak\u00e9 aktigraf, za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed velikosti hodinek, kter\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159\u00ed sp\u00e1nek. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/wer.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-64039 size-medium\" title=\"wer\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/wer-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"wer\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/wer-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/wer.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Podle Brosnana se rychle uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee teenage\u0159i tr\u00e1v\u00ed velkou \u010d\u00e1st \u010dasu u obrazovky v posteli.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zjistili, \u017ee 99 % \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvalo obrazovky b\u011bhem dvou hodin p\u0159ed span\u00edm, v\u00edce ne\u017e polovina je pou\u017e\u00edvala, jakmile byli v posteli, a t\u0159etina je pou\u017e\u00edvala pot\u00e9, co se poprv\u00e9 pokusila usnout. Nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm bylo, \u017ee tento \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd u obrazovek p\u0159ed span\u00edm m\u011bl jen mal\u00fd vliv na sp\u00e1nek b\u011bhem noci. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obrazovek po ulehnut\u00ed v\u0161ak sp\u00e1nek ovlivnilo &#8211; br\u00e1nilo dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm v usnut\u00ed asi p\u016fl hodiny a zkr\u00e1tilo d\u00e9lku no\u010dn\u00edho sp\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<p>To platilo zejm\u00e9na pro interaktivn\u00ed \u010dinnosti na obrazovce, jako je hran\u00ed her a multitasking, tj. pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b, nap\u0159. sledov\u00e1n\u00ed filmu na Netflixu na notebooku a hran\u00ed Xboxu na hern\u00edm za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. &#8222;Ka\u017ed\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch 10 minut \u010dinnosti na obrazovce tohoto typu zkracovalo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/sleep-timing-vs-sleep-length-which-matters-more\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9lku<\/a> no\u010dn\u00edho <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/sleep-timing-vs-sleep-length-which-matters-more\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sp\u00e1nku<\/a> t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 o stejnou hodnotu.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee vliv doby str\u00e1ven\u00e9 u obrazovky na sp\u00e1nek se projevuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u010dasov\u00fdm posunem, kter\u00fd zpo\u017e\u010fuje n\u00e1stup sp\u00e1nku, a nikoliv p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm vlivem modr\u00e9ho sv\u011btla nebo interaktivn\u00edho zapojen\u00ed, proto\u017ee jsme nezjistili \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 souvislosti s latenc\u00ed sp\u00e1nku a bd\u011blost\u00ed b\u011bhem sp\u00e1nku. Dr. Brosnan \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee &#8222;jednoduchou&#8220; z\u00e1sadou pro sp\u00e1nek &#8211; teoreticky, ale ne nutn\u011b ve skute\u010dnosti &#8211; by bylo dr\u017eet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/exposure-to-devices-blue-light-damages-skin-heres-how\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/a> mimo lo\u017enici a umo\u017enit dosp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edvat za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159ed span\u00edm, ale ne v posteli.<\/p>\n<h2>Mobiln\u00ed telefony a kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy jdou je\u0161t\u011b d\u00e1l a nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee pravideln\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/its-bad-to-use-your-cell-phone-before-bed-heres-why\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f<\/a> zp\u016fsobuje zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my, nap\u0159\u00edklad zvy\u0161uje riziko kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na u ku\u0159\u00e1k\u016f a diabetik\u016f. St\u00e1le v\u0161ak nen\u00ed jist\u00e9, zda pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f souvis\u00ed s rizikem kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. C\u00edlem v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f bylo posoudit prospektivn\u00ed souvislost mezi pravideln\u00fdm pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f a v\u00fdskytem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/examining-the-relationship-between-insomnia-and-heart-disease\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/a> a prozkoumat zprost\u0159edkuj\u00edc\u00ed vliv <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/sleep-changes-during-pregnancy-linked-to-depression-anxiety\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sp\u00e1nku a du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee pravideln\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u00e9 mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f maj\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s nepravideln\u00fdmi u\u017eivateli v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee potenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi mechanismy souvislosti mezi pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm mobiln\u00edch telefon\u016f a kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi by mohly b\u00fdt sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed, psychick\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee a neuroticismus. \u0160patn\u00e9 sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed a psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed mohou nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b ovlivnit rozvoj kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm naru\u0161en\u00fdch cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00edch rytm\u016f, hormon\u00e1ln\u00edch a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/researchers-identify-promising-proteins-for-the-treatment-of-metabolic-diseases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">metabolick\u00fdch<\/a> poruch a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9ho z\u00e1n\u011btu.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b toho by chronick\u00e1 expozice RF-EMF z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed vyza\u0159ovan\u00e9mu mobiln\u00edmi telefony mohla v\u00e9st k oxida\u010dn\u00edmu stresu a z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdm reakc\u00edm.
