V\u011bdci ze Scripps Research nyn\u00ed zjistili, pro\u010d tomu tak je: mal\u00e1 molekula produkovan\u00e1 st\u0159evem \u010derv\u016f b\u011bhem hladov\u011bn\u00ed putuje do mozku a blokuje v t\u00e9to dob\u011b sign\u00e1l <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/blue-light-at-night-hinders-fat-oxidation-and-energy-metabolism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuk\u016f<\/a>. P\u0159esto\u017ee p\u0159esn\u00e1 molekula, kterou u \u010derv\u016f identifikovali, nebyla dosud u lid\u00ed zkoum\u00e1na, nov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce pom\u00e1h\u00e1 v\u011bdc\u016fm l\u00e9pe pochopit slo\u017eitou interakci mezi st\u0159evem a mozkem. Mohla by tak\u00e9 objasnit, pro\u010d m\u00e1 p\u016fst &#8211; zdr\u017een\u00ed se j\u00eddla po ur\u010ditou dobu &#8211; p\u0159\u00ednos, kter\u00fd nez\u00e1vis\u00ed na mno\u017estv\u00ed kalori\u00ed, kter\u00e9 \u010dlov\u011bk p\u0159ijme.<br \/>\nNov\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41467-024-51077-3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">studie<\/a> byla publikov\u00e1na v \u010dasopise <em>Nature Communications <\/em> <em>11.<\/em> <em>srpna<\/em>2024.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci pod veden\u00edm Supriya Srinivasana, profesora neurov\u011bdy Scripps Research, PhD, hlavn\u00edho autora nov\u00e9 studie<em>, <\/em>poprv\u00e9 zjistili, \u017ee p\u016fst p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do mozku informace, kter\u00e9 p\u0159esahuj\u00ed r\u00e1mec pouh\u00e9 kalorick\u00e9 deprivace<em>.<\/em> Tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je vedla k \u00favah\u00e1m, zda existuj\u00ed molekuly produkovan\u00e9 ve st\u0159evech jin\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010dich\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b savc\u016f, kter\u00e9 vysv\u011btluj\u00ed n\u011bkter\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky spojen\u00e9 s p\u016fstem.<\/p>\n<h2>Molekula inzul\u00ednu produkovan\u00e1 st\u0159evn\u00edmi bu\u0148kami ovliv\u0148uje metabolismus tuk\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm mozku<\/h2>\n<p>V\u011bdci ji\u017e dlouho v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee mozek \u0159\u00edd\u00ed produkci a odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed tuk\u016f u lid\u00ed, jin\u00fdch savc\u016f a modelov\u00fdch organism\u016f, jako je <em>C. elegans<\/em>. V roce 2017 Srinivasanova skupina identifikovala FLP-7, mozkov\u00fd hormon, kter\u00fd stimuluje spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuk\u016f ve st\u0159ev\u011b hl\u00edstic. <em>C. elegans <\/em>v\u0161ak nemaj\u00ed ve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/research-alert-meal-timing-lowers-blood-pressure-via-the-gut-microbiome\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">st\u0159evech<\/a> \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 smyslov\u00e9 nervy, tak\u017ee se v\u011bdci sna\u017eili rozlu\u0161tit opa\u010dnou komunika\u010dn\u00ed cestu: Jak st\u0159evo signalizuje mozku?<\/p>\n<p>Odborn\u00edci v\u011bd\u011bli, \u017ee zm\u011bna metabolismu ve st\u0159ev\u011b m\u016f\u017ee zm\u011bnit vlastnosti neuron\u016f v mozku, ale bylo velmi z\u00e1hadn\u00e9, jak k tomu vlastn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/480_F_739514670_zpSVDsKZvwDBLxP6c8oM2zV55dq7Jmmx.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-63473 size-medium\" title=\"480 F 739514670 zpSVDsKZvwDBLxP6c8oM2zV55dq7Jmmx\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/480_F_739514670_zpSVDsKZvwDBLxP6c8oM2zV55dq7Jmmx-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"480 F 739514670 zpSVDsKZvwDBLxP6c8oM2zV55dq7Jmmx\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/480_F_739514670_zpSVDsKZvwDBLxP6c8oM2zV55dq7Jmmx-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/480_F_739514670_zpSVDsKZvwDBLxP6c8oM2zV55dq7Jmmx-768x430.jpg 768w, https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/480_F_739514670_zpSVDsKZvwDBLxP6c8oM2zV55dq7Jmmx-358x200.jpg 358w, https:\/\/dev.chronobiology.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/480_F_739514670_zpSVDsKZvwDBLxP6c8oM2zV55dq7Jmmx.jpg 857w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>V nov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci Srinivasan a jej\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 odstranili ze st\u0159eva <em>C. elegans<\/em> v\u00edce ne\u017e 100 sign\u00e1ln\u00edch molekul, jednu po druh\u00e9, a m\u011b\u0159ili jejich vliv na produkci FLP-7 v mozku. Objevili jednu molekulu, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla na FLP-7 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed vliv: formu inzul\u00ednu zn\u00e1mou jako INS-7. U lid\u00ed je inzulin zn\u00e1m p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jako hormon produkovan\u00fd slinivkou b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed, kter\u00fd kontroluje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/insomnia-boosts-diabetes-risk-raises-blood-sugar-levels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hladinu cukru v krvi<\/a>. Tato molekula inzulinu v\u0161ak byla m\u00edsto toho produkov\u00e1na st\u0159evn\u00edmi bu\u0148kami a m\u011bla vliv i na metabolismus tuk\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm mozku. Kdy\u017e v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o inzulin, pova\u017eovali to za paradox.<br \/>\nInzul\u00edn je u savc\u016f tak dob\u0159e prozkoum\u00e1n a neexistoval \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd precedens, kdy by molekula inzul\u00ednu hr\u00e1la tuto roli.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e v\u0161ak skupina zkoumala, jak INS-7 p\u016fsob\u00ed na mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky produkuj\u00edc\u00ed FLP-7, zjistila, \u017ee neaktivuje inzul\u00ednov\u00e9 receptory &#8211; jako v\u0161echny d\u0159\u00edve objeven\u00e9 molekuly inzul\u00ednu &#8211; ale blokuje inzul\u00ednov\u00fd receptor. Tato blok\u00e1da n\u00e1sledn\u011b spustila kask\u00e1du dal\u0161\u00edch molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch d\u011bj\u016f, kter\u00e9 nakonec zp\u016fsobily, \u017ee mozkov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky p\u0159estaly produkovat FLP-7. Podle Srinivasana je INS-7 v podstat\u011b sign\u00e1lem ze st\u0159ev, kter\u00fd mozku \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, aby moment\u00e1ln\u011b nespaloval dal\u0161\u00ed tukov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby, proto\u017ee mu nen\u00ed dod\u00e1v\u00e1na \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 potrava.<\/p>\n<h2>St\u0159evn\u00ed a mozkov\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly \u0159\u00edd\u00ed metabolismus<\/h2>\n<p>Studie ji\u017e prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/chrononutrition\/the-benefits-of-fasting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">obdob\u00ed p\u016fstu<\/a> m\u016f\u017ee organismus ovlivnit r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby, ale mechanismy t\u011bchto zm\u011bn byly d\u0159\u00edve nejasn\u00e9. Nov\u00e1 studie poukazuje na jeden ze zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak m\u016f\u017ee pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 st\u0159evo signalizovat mozku, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k \u0159ad\u011b zdravotn\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f, kter\u00e9 se net\u00fdkaj\u00ed jen tuku. Podle Srinivasana nov\u00e1 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pom\u00e1haj\u00ed vysv\u011btlit, jak mozek a tr\u00e1vic\u00ed syst\u00e9m komunikuj\u00ed ob\u011bma sm\u011bry, aby \u0159\u00eddily metabolismus v reakci na dostupnost potravy.
