v\u011bdci zjistili tak\u00e9 rozd\u00edly v exekutivn\u00edch funkc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 zahrnuj\u00ed pracovn\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f a kontrolu impulz\u016f.<br \/>\nStudie sledovala 2 364 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch v r\u00e1mci studie CARDIA, jej\u00edm\u017e c\u00edlem je identifikovat faktory v mlad\u00e9 dosp\u011blosti, kter\u00e9 vedou ke vzniku <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/examining-the-relationship-between-insomnia-and-heart-disease\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/a> o dv\u011b a\u017e t\u0159i desetilet\u00ed pozd\u011bji.<br \/>\n\u00da\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm bylo v dob\u011b za\u0159azen\u00ed do studie mezi 18 a 30 lety a b\u011bhem 18 let byli \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t testov\u00e1ni na z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fd marker C-reaktivn\u00ed protein (CRP).<br \/>\nKognitivn\u00ed testy byly provedeny p\u011bt let po posledn\u00edm m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed CRP, tedy v dob\u011b, kdy v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f bylo mezi \u010dty\u0159ic\u00edtkou a pades\u00e1tkou.<br \/>\nP\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b polovinu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f tvo\u0159ily \u017eeny, o n\u011bco m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e polovinu Afroameri\u010dan\u00e9 a zbytek b\u011blo\u0161i.<br \/>\nP\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 45 % \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f m\u011blo ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed stabiln\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt, zat\u00edmco 16 % m\u011blo m\u00edrn\u00fd nebo rostouc\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt; 39 % m\u011blo vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny.        <\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1n\u011bt a zdravotn\u00ed rizika<\/h2>\n<p>  V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci tak\u00e9 spojili vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru z\u00e1n\u011btu s nedostatkem fyzick\u00e9 aktivity, vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/can-using-less-energy-during-the-day-lead-to-obesity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BMI<\/a> a sou\u010dasn\u00fdm kou\u0159en\u00edm.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1n\u011bt hraje d\u016fle\u017eitou roli v kognitivn\u00edm st\u00e1rnut\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee za\u010d\u00edt ji\u017e v ran\u00e9 dosp\u011blosti.<br \/>\nJe pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee z\u00e1n\u011bt m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd i nep\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vliv na pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/>\nDoktorka Kristine Yaffeov\u00e1, profesorka psychiatrie a behavior\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bd, neurologie a epidemiologie a biostatistiky na UCSF, je \u010dlenkou prvn\u00edho t\u00fdmu odborn\u00edk\u016f, kter\u00fd zjistil, \u017ee 30 % rizika demence lze p\u0159edch\u00e1zet.<br \/>\nJej\u00ed ned\u00e1vn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum se zab\u00fdval souvislost\u00ed mezi nepravideln\u00fdm sp\u00e1nkem a zhor\u0161en\u00fdm pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku a tak\u00e9 vlivem individu\u00e1ln\u00edch zm\u011bn zdravotn\u00edho stavu a \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu na prevenci <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/sound-stimulation-and-electrical-impulses-during-sleep-to-combat-cognitive-impairment-and-strengthen-memory\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ztr\u00e1ty pam\u011bti<\/a> u star\u0161\u00edch osob s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem.<br \/>\nNa\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed existuj\u00ed zp\u016fsoby, jak sn\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1n\u011bt &#8211; nap\u0159\u00edklad zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed fyzick\u00e9 aktivity a zanech\u00e1n\u00ed kou\u0159en\u00ed &#8211; kter\u00e9 by mohly b\u00fdt slibn\u00fdmi cestami prevence.       <\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1n\u011bt hraje roli v r\u016fzn\u00fdch form\u00e1ch demence<\/h2>\n<p>  Ji\u017e p\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee z\u00e1n\u011bt v mozku se v\u00fdznamn\u011b pod\u00edl\u00ed na vzniku demence.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1n\u011bt je obvykle reakc\u00ed organismu na zran\u011bn\u00ed a stres, nap\u0159\u00edklad zarudnut\u00ed a otok souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s poran\u011bn\u00edm nebo infekc\u00ed.<br \/>\nZ\u00e1n\u011bt v mozku &#8211; protein\u016f v mozku.<br \/>\nPacienti podstoupili skenov\u00e1n\u00ed mozku za \u00fa\u010delem zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011btu a &#8222;junk&#8220; protein\u016f.<br \/>\nP\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m ze dvou sken\u016f pozitronov\u00e9 emisn\u00ed tomografie (PET) bylo vst\u0159\u00edknuto chemick\u00e9 barvivo, kter\u00e9 rozsv\u00edtilo specifick\u00e9 molekuly, je\u017e vizualizuj\u00ed bu\u010f z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 bu\u0148ky v mozku, nebo &#8222;junk&#8220; proteiny.<br \/>\nP\u0159i prvn\u00edm skenov\u00e1n\u00ed barvivo osv\u011btlilo bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed neuroz\u00e1n\u011bt.<br \/>\nTy indikuj\u00ed prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed mozkov\u00fdch bun\u011bk a jejich spojen\u00ed.<br \/>\nP\u0159i druh\u00e9m skenov\u00e1n\u00ed se barvivo nav\u00e1\u017ee na r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy &#8222;nevy\u017e\u00e1dan\u00fdch&#8220; protein\u016f, kter\u00e9 se vyskytuj\u00ed u FTD.<br \/>\nV\u011bdci uk\u00e1zali, \u017ee v cel\u00e9m mozku a u v\u0161ech t\u0159\u00ed typ\u016f FTD plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je z\u00e1n\u011bt v jednotliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech mozku, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je \u0161kodliv\u00e9 nahromad\u011bn\u00ed &#8222;junk&#8220; protein\u016f.<br \/>\nAby prok\u00e1zali, \u017ee barviva detekuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt a \u0161kodliv\u00e9 proteiny, analyzovali pod mikroskopem 12 mozk\u016f, kter\u00e9 byly po smrti darov\u00e1ny Cambridgesk\u00e9 mozkov\u00e9 bance.<br \/>\nT\u00fdm zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee je zapot\u0159eb\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu, aby se poznatky o z\u00e1n\u011btu u demence prom\u00edtly do testovateln\u00fdch l\u00e9\u010debn\u00fdch postup\u016f.<br \/>\nD\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm objevem je, \u017ee u v\u0161ech t\u0159\u00ed typ\u016f frontotempor\u00e1ln\u00ed demence se vyskytuje z\u00e1n\u011bt spojen\u00fd s hromad\u011bn\u00edm \u0161kodliv\u00fdch abnorm\u00e1ln\u00edch protein\u016f v r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech mozku.<br \/>\nNemoci se od sebe velmi li\u0161\u00ed i v dal\u0161\u00edch ohledech.<br \/>\nSpolu se skute\u010dnost\u00ed, \u017ee je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee z\u00e1n\u011bt hraje roli u Alzheimerovy choroby, tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00e1n\u011bt je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch neurodegenerativn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chronobiology.com\/researchers-target-neurogenesis-in-a-new-approach-to-treating-parkinsons-disease\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parkinsonovy choroby<\/a> a Huntingtonovy choroby.<br \/>\nTo vzbuzuje nad\u011bji, \u017ee l\u00e9\u010dba zalo\u017een\u00e1 na imunitn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu by mohla pomoci tyto choroby zpomalit nebo jim p\u0159edch\u00e1zet.              <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 z\u00e1n\u011btu v mlad\u00e9 dosp\u011blosti je spojena s hor\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdsledky v testech dovednost\u00ed ve st\u0159edn\u00edm v\u011bku.
