R\u016fzn\u00e9 klinick\u00e9 studie pou\u017e\u00edvaly d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed v rozmez\u00ed od 0,5 mg nebo m\u00e9n\u011b a\u017e po 25 mg nebo v\u00edce, co\u017e zt\u011b\u017euje porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Krom\u011b toho byly pou\u017eity tak\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00e9 formulace, nap\u0159. melatonin s rychl\u00fdm uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo chronobiologicky kombinovan\u00fd\/pulsn\u00ed melatonin, tak\u017ee ani zde nen\u00ed srovn\u00e1n\u00ed jednozna\u010dn\u00e9. Pokud v\u0161ak shrneme v\u0161echny dosud shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fadaje, pak lze n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed pro d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed pova\u017eovat za vhodn\u00e1: V r\u00e1mci tzv. chronoterapie, kter\u00e1 pom\u00e1h\u00e1 resetovat vnit\u0159n\u00ed hodiny, posta\u010duje d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed 0,5 mg a\u017e 1 mg rychle se uvol\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159\u00edpravku. Jako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 se uk\u00e1zalo tak\u00e9 pulzn\u00ed pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a\u017e 3 mg. To plat\u00ed zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci na sm\u011bny a\/nebo p\u0159i jetlagu. Doba po\u017eit\u00ed se u jetlagu p\u0159izp\u016fsobuje dob\u011b nov\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho p\u00e1sma a u pracovn\u00edk\u016f na sm\u011bny f\u00e1zi odpo\u010dinku.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud je nutn\u00e1 klasick\u00e1 substitu\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dba, jako je tomu u star\u0161\u00edch osob, je nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pulzuj\u00edc\u00ed d\u00e1vkovac\u00ed forma ne\u017e forma s pomal\u00fdm nebo rychl\u00fdm uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm. Ned\u00e1vno publikovan\u00e1 metaanal\u00fdza \u010detn\u00fdch studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inou pod\u00e1valy v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 mg, uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee \u010detnost a z\u00e1va\u017enost hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00fdch ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f byla shodn\u00e1 s t\u011bmi, kter\u00e9 se vyskytly u pacient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed dost\u00e1vali placebo. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nejpravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed vedlej\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek melatoninu se objev\u00ed p\u0159i nespr\u00e1vn\u011b na\u010dasovan\u00e9m pod\u00e1n\u00ed.
