Pokud je v\u0161ak pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed estrogenu a progesteronu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm n\u00e1plasti, pak na denn\u00ed dob\u011b nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u017deny mohou tak\u00e9 trp\u011bt nedostatkem testosteronu. Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem je nedostatek DHEA, co\u017e je prim\u00e1rn\u00ed hormon, jeho\u017e prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm \u017eeny z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed testosteron. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu je prvn\u00edm krokem optim\u00e1ln\u00ed vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed nedostatku DHEA prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm peror\u00e1ln\u00edho pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed DHEA v rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch. Po 4 t\u00fddnech by m\u011bl b\u00fdt proveden test za \u00fa\u010delem stanoven\u00ed hodnot DHEA a jeho metabolit\u016f estrogenu a testosteronu. Ve velmi vz\u00e1cn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy toto opat\u0159en\u00ed nesta\u010d\u00ed k normalizaci hladiny testosteronu, lze zv\u00e1\u017eit p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed testosteronu.
