To m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dopad na jakoukoli velkou nebo malou tepnu. V\u00fdsledkem z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed tepny je sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pr\u016ftoku krve do org\u00e1n\u016f. To nejen zvy\u0161uje krevn\u00ed tlak, ale tak\u00e9 to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 org\u00e1ny ji\u017e \u010dasto nejsou dostate\u010dn\u011b prokrveny. Mezi mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky pat\u0159\u00ed du\u0161nost, strach a panika, intenzivn\u00ed pocen\u00ed a angina pectoris (\u00faporn\u00e1 a pronikav\u00e1 bolest na hrudi, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee vyza\u0159ovat do dal\u0161\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla). Mezi 45. a 50. rokem v\u011bku jsou infarktem v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce posti\u017eeni mu\u017ei ne\u017e \u017eeny, ale i u \u017een do\u0161lo v posledn\u00edch desetilet\u00edch k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm srde\u010dn\u00edho infarktu je ischemick\u00e1 choroba srde\u010dn\u00ed. Pokud dojde k n\u00e1hl\u00e9mu p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed pr\u016ftoku krve ve v\u011bn\u010dit\u00e9 tepn\u011b, je n\u00e1sledkem infarkt. \u010casto se jedn\u00e1 o d\u016fsledek l\u00e9ta se vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed arterioskler\u00f3zy nebo o akutn\u00ed uz\u00e1v\u011br v d\u016fsledku usazen\u00ed krevn\u00edch sra\u017eenin v tomto m\u00edst\u011b. V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b srde\u010dn\u00edho svalu kysl\u00edkem ji\u017e nen\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bno, co\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed jej\u00ed odum\u0159en\u00ed. Toto po\u0161kozen\u00ed je nevratn\u00e9. Mezi mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky pat\u0159\u00ed studen\u00fd pot, probl\u00e9my s d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm, n\u00e1hl\u00e1 bolest, kter\u00e1 vyza\u0159uje na levou stranu hrudn\u00edku, rameno a zbytek lev\u00e9 strany t\u011bla, zrychlen\u00fd tep, pocity klaustrofobie, nevolnost a zvracen\u00ed.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_tta_section][\/vc_tta_accordion][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdskytu kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm v\u010dasn\u00e9ho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivin v souladu s chronobiologick\u00fdmi normami<\/h3>\n<p>Sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed rostlinn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, jako jsou aminokyseliny, enzymy a kvasinky &#8211; pokud jsou spr\u00e1vn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny v souladu s chronobiologick\u00fdmi normami &#8211; mohou chr\u00e1nit kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.
