Chronobiologie se t\u00fdk\u00e1 cyklu den-noc, kter\u00fd ovliv\u0148uje lidsk\u00fd organismus p\u0159i ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed Zem\u011b. Od po\u010d\u00e1tku lidstva se lidsk\u00e9 d\u011bjiny utv\u00e1\u0159ely v z\u00e1vislosti na sv\u011btle a tm\u011b. Hluboko v na\u0161ich t\u011blech s\u00eddl\u00ed geneticky projeven\u00e9 \u010dasova\u010de, kter\u00e9 tento z\u00e1kladn\u00ed rytmus \u0159\u00edd\u00ed. \u010c\u00edm inteligentn\u011bji jejich informace vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1me, t\u00edm jsou u\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.
